Co-Founder · B2B Business Development & Marketing Operations
Supported by AI-assisted research, digital systems and branding
Since 2022 I have co-founded and run D’ Emporio Global, an export business in furniture and wooden products. I do the work myself: researching international buyers, building prospect databases and outbound systems, handling quotations and custom product development, running social and WhatsApp marketing, and creating the brand and research material that supports decisions.

How I Work
Find the core. Then build.
The same five steps I use for export deals, outreach systems, brands and research. Select a step.
Step 01
Understand the real problem
Before any tool opens, I ask what decision or result the work must support, who it is for, and what “done” looks like.
ExampleFor export outreach, the question was not “how many emails?” but “which buyers can actually order custom furniture from India?”
Step 02
Research properly
Trade data, company websites, marketplaces, competitors and AI-assisted synthesis — always checked by me, with assumptions kept visible.
ExampleThe furniture reports label what was sourced, estimated or judged, and carry a snapshot date.
Step 03
Structure it
Segments, scoring criteria, lists, naming conventions and rules. Good structure is what makes work repeatable by someone else.
ExampleApollo lists and workflows organised by market and buyer type; brand guidelines split into locked rules, guidance and examples.
Step 04
Build the system
Sequences, automations, websites, documents and presentations — built to work without me watching every step.
ExampleCRUX orders trigger payment and automatic email / download delivery with no manual step.
Step 05
Review, then improve
I check the output against the goal, fix what is weak, and say clearly what is confirmed and what is not.
ExampleThe SKU scan revised the earlier strategy report’s hero product once marketplace data disagreed with it.
D’ Emporio — Global B2B
International business development & export
As Co-Founder & Director of D’ Emporio Global Pvt. Ltd., I lead international B2B development for furniture and wooden products — and I do most of the hands-on work myself, from finding the right buyers to coordinating custom product development.
Ongoing · 2022–presentCo-Founder & DirectorMy own company
D’ Emporio’s domestic Home & Living business is preparing to launch. I created its complete brand identity and strategy system — an 83-page guideline that sets how the brand looks, sounds and sells across every channel.

Branding, Digital & CRUX
CRUX | The Crux Labs
CRUX is an independent passion project I created to make practical knowledge more accessible to students and working professionals. Its purpose is to turn complex questions into useful, affordable tools and resources. I built the brand and its digital platform myself, applying what I learn about AI, design and digital operations.

Research & Interactive Reports
AI-assisted market research
Two interactive reports I directed and reviewed for real product decisions at D’ Emporio. I framed the questions and criteria, used AI for research and synthesis, checked the findings and structured them into scores, comparisons and charts.
Furniture Segment Strategy
Compares four furniture segments on ten criteria — demand, tariffs, competition and budget fit — and ends with a staged 12-month plan.

Background, Learning & Education
How I learn and where I started
My approach to business grew from a family background in entrepreneurship and has developed through hands-on work, independent research, business case studies, documentaries, books and continuous experimentation. I enjoy learning unfamiliar tools and applying them to real problems rather than stopping at theory.
Architecture practice — Pala Architects, 2019–2024
I ran my own architecture and interior design practice for five years: 15+ completed projects, including residential bungalows, a primary school, commercial buildings and interiors, with an in-house team of about 4–5 people. It gave me practical experience in client handling, vendor and contractor coordination, budgeting, site supervision and team leadership — skills I now apply to business development and operations.
